How do automated review requests work?
When a job or appointment is marked complete in your system, the customer gets a short thank you text with a link that opens your Google review form in one tap. If they do not respond, one friendly reminder follows. Every customer gets asked, nobody on your team has to remember, and nobody is filtered out or offered anything in exchange, which keeps you inside Google's rules.
Why review replies matter: your Google profile, field by field
Why this one matters
Asking for a review out loud is awkward and your team will quietly stop doing it by week three. A text asks every single time and never gets embarrassed.
It isn't a marketing problem and it isn't a quality problem. It's an operations gap that nothing in your day flags to you, which is exactly why it persists.

The questions we get asked
Is it against the rules to ask for reviews?
Google allows asking. It doesn't allow incentivizing or filtering out unhappy customers, and we don't do either. Some platforms are stricter. Yelp prohibits soliciting reviews entirely, so we never point at it.
What if we get a bad one?
You'll get some. A wall of perfect fives reads as fake anyway. What matters more is that you reply to them, and we'll help you do that.
Why does recency matter?
Forty reviews from this year carry more weight with both Google and the person reading than two hundred from 2019. A steady trickle beats a historic pile.
How does it know a job is finished?
It triggers off whatever already marks a job complete in your system: an invoice, a closed ticket, a finished appointment. We wire it to what you already do.
Review requests is one of six.
You don't buy them separately. They're one package because they only work together. Answering the phone is worth less if nobody can find you, and being found is worth less if the phone rings out.

Answers on the first ring when you're closed. Books into your calendar, takes messages, and passes anything urgent straight through.
- Opening hoursMissed-call text-back
You're with a customer and the phone rings out. Before that caller dials the next name, they have a text from you.
- By textFollow-up & recall
Quotes that went quiet, inquiries that never booked, customers overdue. Every one of them already knows who you are.

When somebody nearby searches, the map box is the whole decision. Most businesses have half of it blank.
