The listing that decides whether you show up at all
When somebody nearby searches for what you do, the map box is the whole decision. Most businesses have half of it blank and have never opened it.

What does Google Business Profile management include?
Your Google Business Profile is the listing that shows up in the map results when someone nearby searches for what you do. Managing it means filling in every field Google reads (categories, services, service areas, hours, description, attributes and photos), seeding the questions and answers, replying to reviews and posting every week so the listing looks alive. Nobody can guarantee a ranking, but a complete, active profile removes the reasons you get skipped.
Do it yourself: what to put in your Google Business Profile, field by field
Why this one matters
Your competitor didn't outrank you because the work is better. He filled in a free form you have never opened.
It isn't a marketing problem and it isn't a quality problem. It's an operations gap that nothing in your day flags to you, which is exactly why it persists.
What's included
- Every category and service filled in
- Service areas set correctly
- Photos, hours, description, attributes
- Questions answered before somebody else answers them
- Kept active rather than abandoned

The questions we get asked
Can you promise I'll be in the top three?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google. What we can do is fill in everything the ranking actually reads, which is more than most businesses near you have bothered to do.
How long does it take to show a difference?
Honestly, it varies. Some of it moves in weeks, some takes months, and some depends on how competitive your area is. We'll tell you what we're seeing rather than sending you a graph.
What about service areas?
If you haven't told Google which towns you serve, you aren't eligible to show in most of them. It does not guess. This is the single most common thing we find switched off.
Do you post to it?
Yes. Posts are one of the few free signals that a listing is alive, and almost nobody uses them.
Google Business Profile is one of six.
You don't buy them separately. They're one package because they only work together. Answering the phone is worth less if nobody can find you, and being found is worth less if the phone rings out.
- Nights & weekendsAI receptionist
Answers on the first ring when you're closed. Books into your calendar, takes messages, and passes anything urgent straight through.
- Opening hoursMissed-call text-back
You're with a customer and the phone rings out. Before that caller dials the next name, they have a text from you.
- After every jobReview requests
The job wraps, the customer gets a text, one tap takes them to your Google listing. Nobody has to remember to ask.
- By textFollow-up & recall
Quotes that went quiet, inquiries that never booked, customers overdue. Every one of them already knows who you are.
- Built & hostedWebsites
Built from scratch, not patched. Fast on a phone, with your number and your quote form where a thumb can reach them.
Fifteen minutes. No pitch deck.
We'll look at your Google profile, your site on a phone, and where your calls go after hours. You keep the findings either way.
