What is follow up and recall?
Follow up and recall means texting the people who already know your business at the moment it makes sense to hear from you: a quote that went quiet after a week, an inquiry that never booked, or a customer who is due for their next visit or service. Each message is short, tied to something real and approved by you before anything sends. Service reminders and promotional offers run as separate flows, because they need different consent.
Read: the customers you already have are cheaper than the ones you don't
Why this one matters
The cheapest sale you will ever make is to somebody who already bought from you once. That list is already in your system and almost nobody works it.
It isn't a marketing problem and it isn't a quality problem. It's an operations gap that nothing in your day flags to you, which is exactly why it persists.

The questions we get asked
Isn't this just spamming old customers?
It isn't if it's timed to something real: a quote that's a week old, a service that's due, a package that ran out. A reminder somebody's glad to get is not spam. A blast about a discount is, and we keep those separate.
What's the difference between a reminder and marketing?
Legally, quite a lot. A service reminder and a promotional offer are treated differently under TCPA, and a promotion needs prior express written consent on file. We build them as separate flows for that reason.
How far back do you go?
Depends on the business. Twelve to eighteen months is usually the sweet spot: far enough to be a real list, recent enough that they remember you.
Who writes the messages?
We do, and you approve them before anything sends.
Follow-up & recall is one of six.
You don't buy them separately. They're one package because they only work together. Answering the phone is worth less if nobody can find you, and being found is worth less if the phone rings out.
- Nights & weekendsAI receptionist
Answers on the first ring when you're closed. Books into your calendar, takes messages, and passes anything urgent straight through.
- Opening hoursMissed-call text-back
You're with a customer and the phone rings out. Before that caller dials the next name, they have a text from you.
- After every jobReview requests
The job wraps, the customer gets a text, one tap takes them to your Google listing. Nobody has to remember to ask.

When somebody nearby searches, the map box is the whole decision. Most businesses have half of it blank.
