What is an AI receptionist?
An AI receptionist is a voice assistant that answers your business phone when nobody else can. It picks up on the first ring at night and on weekends, answers common questions, books appointments straight into your calendar, takes messages, and passes anything urgent to you right away. Ours is set up around your services, hours and booking rules, so callers get real answers instead of a voicemail beep.
Why voicemail stopped working: missed calls are costing you jobs
Why this one matters
It's 6:45pm. Somebody who found you an hour ago rings to ask about getting a quote. Right now they get voicemail, and they book with whoever answers before you've finished dinner.
It isn't a marketing problem and it isn't a quality problem. It's an operations gap that nothing in your day flags to you, which is exactly why it persists.

The questions we get asked
Does it sound like a robot?
Call it and decide. It's on the demo line on the homepage and it answers instantly. Most people who try it are surprised by how normal it sounds, and the ones who aren't tell us, which is how it gets better.
Will it replace whoever answers my phone?
No, and that's deliberate. It only picks up when you're closed. Nobody's hours change and nothing is taken off them. It covers the gap they were never there to cover anyway.
Can I control what it says?
Yes. You approve the greeting, the questions it asks, and what it does with what it hears. For regulated businesses such as medical, dental and veterinary, we build the required escalation language into the greeting before anything goes live.
What if it can't answer something?
It takes a message and flags it. You get the transcript and the callback number first thing, which is still better than a voicemail nobody left.
AI receptionist is one of six.
You don't buy them separately. They're one package because they only work together. Answering the phone is worth less if nobody can find you, and being found is worth less if the phone rings out.
